Description
Cosmo Hill 14, named for where orphan found, has heart stop during escape from Frayne Institute where companies test products' bad effects. Moody Stefan ~16 revives Cosmo with electric shock. His gang, dwarf medic Ditto 28 and pretty mechanic Mona ~15, bring Cosmo along to zap creatures. After near death, Supernaturalists see blue monsters suck energy from dying humans.
